Come rain or shine, snow or wind, here are some cartoons about weathering the weather, whatever the weather. I come from the UK, where we are used to the weather changing rather quickly, and being somewhat unpredictable. In fact, sometimes the only predictable thing is the unpredictability. I drew these cartoons in Japan, where I now live. Japan has four regular seasons but with the addition of the rainy season, which starts at the beginning of June and continues for about a month.
